OUR SOCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

1.Purpose and Scope

This policy aims to provide a working environment worthy of human dignity in all our company's operations, to respect universal human rights, and to establish an ethical standard beyond legal requirements. It covers all our employees, suppliers and business partners.

2.1Discrimination and Equal Pay (ILO C111 and C100)

Pursuant to ILO C111 (Discrimination - Employment and Occupation), our company rejects any kind of discrimination based on race, color, gender, religion, political opinion, national or social origin in recruitment, training, promotion, dismissal and retirement processes. Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value: Pursuant to ILO C100, an equal pay policy is applied for jobs requiring the same competence and responsibility regardless of gender.

2.2Combating Harassment and Violence

It is a constitutional right for employees to work in an environment free from physical, psychological and sexual harassment. No employee may be subjected to degrading treatment, physical punishment or mobbing. No retaliation against employees who report harassment or violence is acceptable; reports are managed with confidentiality.

2.3Gender Equality and Family Responsibilities (ILO C156)

Within the framework of ILO C156 (Workers with Family Responsibilities), our company recognizes the rights of employees to balance their work and family lives. No employee shall be discriminated against or deprived of work opportunities due to family members for whom they are responsible. All necessary incentive mechanisms are established to ensure gender equality in career paths.

2.4Maternity Protection and Pregnant Employees (ILO C183)

Pursuant to ILO C183 (Maternity Protection); during pregnancy and the postnatal period, the health of employees is protected, and they are exempted from heavy and dangerous work. Employment contracts cannot be terminated due to pregnancy. Legal nursing leave and breastfeeding rights after childbirth are fully exercised.

3.Other Working Standards and Wages

Wages and Social Rights: No employee may be paid below the legal minimum wage. The social security premiums (insurance) and legal rights of all employees are paid in full and on time.
Forced Labor: Debt bondage, prison labor or non-consensual overtime are strictly prohibited.
Child Labor: Children under the age of 15 cannot be employed. Young Workers under the age of 18 are only employed in fields suitable for their development, with limited working hours.
Freedom of Association: The rights of employees to unionize and collective bargaining are respected.
Working Hours: Weekly working and overtime hours cannot exceed the legal limits (45 hours + 270 hours/year). Overtime is based on voluntary participation.
Migrant Workers: All migrant/foreign workers are employed under legal registration and with equal rights as local personnel.
Information Security: Personal data (KVKK) and corporate secrets are protected with the highest security protocols.

4.Audit and Complaint Mechanism

Our employees can anonymously report situations they consider contrary to this policy through the Ethics Hotline, Complaint Box or HR Department. Objectivity and confidentiality are essential in the examination of reports.
