We hold ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (textile safety), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard) and CMIA (Cotton made in Africa). All certifications are current and verified by independent auditing bodies.
Our company exports to more than 25 countries, primarily across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and serves both local and international brands, particularly in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Russia.
Our total daily production capacity is approximately 97,000 kg, comprising 30,000 kg of yarn (Niğde), 25,000 kg of knitting, 25,000 kg of dyeing, 15,000 kg of rotary printing and 2,000 kg of digital printing (at our Niğde and Çorlu facilities).
Samples can be requested through our contact form or directly at info@hamboya.com.tr. Standard samples (3-5 meters) are usually free. Custom color/pattern development samples may incur a development fee. Shipping is at the buyer's expense.
In our dyeing processes we primarily use reactive dyeing along with disperse and direct dyeing techniques; production is carried out with eco-friendly, low-liquor-ratio machines, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 compliant dyestuffs are preferred, and our wastewater treatment plant operates continuously.
In our digital reactive printing production we have a daily capacity of approximately 2,000 kg and provide printing services at a fabric width of 150–180 cm and a resolution range of 600–1200 dpi using advanced-technology Reggiani machines.
Standard lead times vary by product type; yarn and knitted fabric production takes 2–3 weeks, while dyeing and printing processes are completed within 2–4 weeks. Flexible planning is available for urgent orders; for detailed information, please contact us via the contact form.
